The Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP) is a federally funded program administered by the Ohio Development Services Agency. It helps eligible Ohioans pay their home energy bill.

PIPP Plus is a utility assistance program that helps income-eligible electric and natural gas customers afford their utilities.

• Contact the Public Utilities of Ohio (PUCO) if you have a dispute with your utility provider
PUCO handles any questions you may have or resolving issues between the consumer and any PUCO-regulated entity. The PUCO does not regulate providers of cable, cellular, propane gas, heating oil or internet service. PUCO does not have jurisdiction over cooperative or municipal utilities.
